为获得双组元150N发动机头部热控组件在低温工况下的加热能力以及发动机长程点火期间头部热控组件各处的温度分布、性能变化,应用有限元分析软件I-DEAS/TMG在给定的温度边界条件下进行了仿真分析,分别获得了低温工况下头部稳态平衡温度以及发动机长程点火期间头部瞬态温度。搭建了试验装置,通过电热炉对头部烘烤,设定控温点为400℃,恒定时间45min,获得了头部热控组件各处的温度分布及加热器阻值的变化。通过仿真计算和地面试验,得出以下结论:(1)热控组件能保证发动机在最恶劣低温工况下温度高于0℃;(2)在地面试验工况包络发动机在轨最长工作时间2500s的情况下,包含加热器、热敏电阻、导线等在内的热控组件均处于有效工作状态,为热控组件的高温耐受能力提供了有力支撑。 |

In order to obtain the heating capacity of the head thermal control assembly of bipropellant 150N engine under low temperature conditions and the temperature distribution and performance changes of the head thermal control assembly during long-time conditions operation of the engine, the simulation calculation is carried out under the given temperature boundary conditions by using I-DEAS/TMG software, and the head equilibrium temperature under low temperature conditions and the transient temperature of the head during long-time operation of the engine are obtained respectively. The test device is built, the head is baked through the electric furnace, the temperature control point is set to 400℃ and the constant time is 45 min, the temperature distribution of the thermal control assembly and the change of the resistance of the heater are obtained. Through the ground test, the effects of engine operation on head thermal control are studied, and the temperature distribution of thermal control assembly is obtained. The results show that: (1) The thermal control assembly can ensure that the temperature of the engine is higher than 0℃ under the worst low temperature conditions. (2) When the ground test condition envelops the maximum on orbit working time of the engine for 2500s, the thermal control assembly including heaters, thermistors and wires are in effective working state, which provides a strong support for the high temperature tolerance of the thermal control assembly. |
