双发进气道风洞试验系统的设计与应用

摘要:
为全面满足进气道试验不同工况性能匹配和相互干扰试验的需求,同时解决流量控制能力不足和流场畸变较大时流量测量误差大等问题,在FL-12风洞研制了一套双发进气道试验系统。采用光滑外形的整流罩和由蜂窝器、阻尼网组成的整流装置,以提高流量计的流场品质和测量精度;采用单台大流量柱形分布式引射器,以满足双发进气道流量需求;采用基于RTEX网络协议的控制系统,以实现节流锥位置的闭环控制和精确定位。通过校准试验和风洞试验验证了流量计的性能和参数,测试了试验系统的综合能力。试验结果表明:流量计的流场均匀性相对于进气道有明显提升,在常用节流锥行程范围内,其综合测量精度可达到0.1%,同时能准确模拟进气道需要的吸入流量。因此,该系统能全面满足双发进气道风洞试验的需求,为飞行器进气道的设计和优化提供重要支撑。

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of performance matching under different working conditions and mutual interference test, and to solve the problems of insufficient flow control and low measurement accuracy at a large flow field distortion, a double inlet test system was developed in FL-12 wind tunnel. In order to improve the flow field quality and measuring precision of the flowmeter, a smooth shape fairing and a rectifier device composed of honeycomb and damping net were adopted. The system used a single large flow column distributed ejector to meet the flow requirements of the double inlet. The control system based on RTEX network protocol was adopted to realize the closed-loop control and accurate positioning of the throttle cone position. The performance and parameters of the flowmeter were verified by calibration test and wind tunnel test, and the comprehensive capability of the system was tested. The results show that the flow field uniformity of the flowmeter is significantly improved compared with the inlet. Within the common stroke range of throttle cone, the comprehensive measurement accuracy can reach 0.1%, and the suction flow required by the inlet can be accurately simulated. Therefore, the system can fully meet the requirements of the double inlet wind tunnel test, and provide important support for the design and optimization of the aircraft inlet.
