离子推力器小功率正高压屏栅电源研究

摘要:
为了设计一种适用于小功率离子推力器的小功率正高压屏栅电源,提出了一种前级降压斩波电路后级全桥LLC谐振及全波倍压整流的两级式拓扑结构。在该主电路的基础上,设计了控制电路,并开展了试验研究。试验结果表明:设计的正高压屏栅电源在输入电压42V、输出负载12.52kΩ时,输出电压和输出功率分别为1050V,88W,且输出电压误差范围控制在2%以内,屏栅电源效率为90.44%。对于输出正负极高压短路、瞬时加减载具有自恢复功能。研究证明了该两级式拓扑结构的可行性,从而提供了一种小功率正高压屏栅电源的设计方法,对小功率离子推力器的发展具有推动作用。

Abstract:
To design the low power and high positive voltage beam supply applied to low power ion thruster, a two-level topology was proposed. The first level was composed by Buck converter and the second level was composed by full bridge LLC resonant circuit and full wave rectifier. Base on this topology, the control circuit was designed and the experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that when the input voltage is 42V, the load resistor is 12.52kΩ, the output voltage and power of the designed beam supply is 1050V and 88W. Also, the error range of output voltage is in 2% and the efficiency of beam supply is 90.44%. For the output voltage short circuit and adding or subtracting load, the beam supply has the ability of recovery. This study can prove the feasibility of the two-level topology and provide a method to design low power and high positive voltage beam supply. Also, it promotes the development of low power ion thruster.
