为了对比双燃料燃气轮机燃烧室使用不同气液条件下的性能,在燃烧室试验台架上,采用连续气源和单火焰筒试验件,对该型双燃料燃烧室进行了天然气及轻柴油燃料条件下的燃烧效率特性、火焰筒壁面温度分布、出口温度分布、压力脉动及总压损失特性对比试验。试验结果表明:对比柴油燃料,双燃料燃烧室在使用天然气燃料时,燃烧效率稍低,火焰筒壁温偏低且高温区后移,燃烧室动态压力与总压损失偏小,出口温度分布更为均匀。 |

Abstract: |
In order to examine performance of a certain type of dual fuel gas turbine combustor using nature gas and diesel fuel, on the test platform for combustor by means of the continuous air resource and single liner test rig, comparative experiments of the combustion efficiency characteristic, liner wall and combustor outlet temperature distribution, dynamic pressure and total pressure loss were conducted. The experimental results show that compared with diesel fuel, when dual-fuel combustor uses natural gas fuel, combustion efficiency is slightly lower, liner wall temperature is lower and high temperature zone moves back, dynamic pressure and total pressure loss are more smaller, combustor outlet temperature fields are better. |
