燃机并入冲击载荷下推进轴系动态响应特性研究

摘要:
为评估联合动力装置中燃机并入冲击载荷作用下推进轴系的动态响应情况,从同步自动切换(SSS)离合器的啮合过程出发,建立其动力学仿真模型并进行仿真计算,发现燃机并入过程中伴随产生扭矩冲击,对轴系安全性造成影响。将不同工况下的燃机并入冲击扭矩作为激励源,对推进轴系进行瞬态响应计算,得到了螺旋桨轴与动力涡轮轴应力响应,其中螺旋桨轴最大应力为32.77MPa,动力涡轮轴最大应力为78.17MPa。结果表明:燃机并入过程中,油腔阻尼特性和燃机加载特性对冲击载荷及轴系响应有显著影响。为确保轴系运行的安全性,应适当选取油腔阻尼参数并尽可能在低工况下进行燃机并入操作。

Research on Dynamic Response of Propulsion Shafting under Impact Load During Engaging Process of Gas Turbine

Abstract:
To evaluate the dynamic response of the propulsion shafting under impact load during the engagement process of gas turbine in the combined power plant, starting from the meshing process of the SSS clutch(synchro-self-shifting clutch), the dynamic simulation model was established and the simulation was carried out. It is found that during the process of meshing, a kind of torque impact occurs simultaneously, which could have considerable influence on the safety of the shafting. Taking torque impacts under different working conditions as the excitation, the transient torsional vibration of the propulsion shafting was carried out, and the dynamic response of stress on the propeller shaft and turbine shaft were obtained. The maximum stress of the propeller shaft is 32.77MPa and the maximum stress of the turbine shaft is 78.17MPa.The results show that the damping characteristics of the dashpot and the loading characteristic of the gas turbine have significant influence on the impact load and response of propeller shafting. To ensure the safety of the shafting, the damping parameters of the dashpot should be appropriately selected and the engagement operation should be carried out under low fuel supply.
