为了探究内燃波转子工作过程中复杂波系及火焰的传播特性,采用乙烯为燃料进行了内燃波转子多循环工作过程实验研究。依据实验中采集到的离子探针信号、压力传感器信号和高速摄影照片来分析波转子通道内的复杂波和火焰的传播特性,同时更换波转子通道内的不同扰流片结构来探究其对复杂波系和火焰传播特性的影响。研究结果表明:波转子通道内波与火焰存在一个动态过程,且火焰与波峰的间距越来越小,加入扰流片后火焰速度与压力波的强度明显增加。堵塞比为38.91%时,PT2处压力峰值可以达到1.56MPa。堵塞比为31.13%时,平均火焰传播速度能达到36.95m/s。 |

In order to explore the propagation characteristics of complex wave and flame in the working process of internal combustion wave rotor,ethylene was used as fuel to carry out experimental research on internal combustion were rotor multi cycle working process. Based on the signal of ion probe,the signal of the pressure sensor and the high-speed photography,the complex wave and flame propagation characteristics in wave rotor channel were analyzed,at the same time,different spoiler structures in the rotor channel were changed to explore the influence of complex wave and flame propagation characteristics. The results show that there is a dynamic process of wave and flame in the wave rotor channel and the distance between the flame and the wave peak is getting smaller and smaller. The flame velocity and pressure wave intensity increased significantly after adding spoiler. When the blockage ratio is 38.91%,the peak pressure at PT2 can reach 1.56MPa. When the blockage ratio is 31.13%,the average velocity of flame propagation can reach 36.95m/s. |
