基于涡轴发动机性能与尺寸重量的耦合评估方法

摘要:
为了研究下一代先进涡轴发动机的技术参数发展和新材料新技术的引入对涡轴发动机的影响,结合部件法的涡轴发动机总体性能评估模型以及尺寸重量评估模型,提出了一种综合考虑涡轴发动机总体性能、总体结构、部件的气动/结构/强度/材料等的耦合评估方法。该方法能够对不同结构形式的涡轴发动机进行评估,获得涡轴发动机总体性能参数、整机的流路尺寸与重量以及部件的气动/结构/强度/尺寸/重量等详细参数。使用该方法对美国的第五代先进涡轴发动机GE3000进行评估,研究了GE3000的总体性能、部件的气动/结构/强度/流路尺寸以及整机流路尺寸与重量。与公布的GE3000数据对比表明,总体性能误差小于1.0%,发动机的整机重量误差2.0%,整机流路尺寸误差小于1.0%,表明这种评估方法切实可行,计算精度较高。

Abstract:
In order to research the influence of the technical parameters’ development of the next generation of advanced turboshaft engine and the new materials and new technology on the performance of the turboshaft engines, an assessment method, taking overall performance, overall configuration , aerodynamics/configuration/strength/materials of components into consideration, has been proposed in this thesis, which combines with the evaluation modules of both the performance model and the size-weight model based on the components methods. This method can evaluate different types of turboshaft engines and get the details of performance parameters, overall size-weight parameters and components’ aerodynamic/configuration/strength/size/weight properties , etc. The GE3000 engine(the 5th generation advanced engine of America) is evaluated by the method in this thesis. The overall performance, components’ aerodynamic/configuration /strength and the size-weight of the whole engine can be obtained. Compared with the published data of GE3000 engine, the error of overall performance, the weight of engine and the size of flow path is less than 1.0%, 2.0%, 1.0%, respectively. The results show that the assessment method is practical and has high calculation accuracy.
