径向进气系统设计探讨及实验研究

摘要:
对于双轴压气机实验平台径向进气系统,为研究蜂窝器改善系统供气品质所发挥的作用,应用数值模拟对蜂窝器在进气道的布置位置进行研究,并应用五孔探针实验测量了含有蜂窝器的进气系统过渡段处的气动参数。模拟结果显示蜂窝器布置在弯头的前部及中部均能有效改善流动。实验测量结果显示气流偏航角小于2°,总压、静压及马赫数周向分布均匀,总压恢复系数大于98.3%。实验结果与模拟结果吻合较好,验证了数值研究方法的可信度和可靠性,同时也证明该进气系统的先进性。

Design Exploration and Experimental Investigation for a Radial Air Intake System

Abstract:
As for a radial air intake system of dual compressor test rig, in order to investigate improvements that honeycomb makes in supply flow qualities of intake system , the location of honeycombs in the intake pipe was studied with numerical simulation method and the air parameters at the transition of the intake system containing the honeycombs were measured by five-hole probes. The numerical results showed that the front and middle honeycomb configurations in the elbow of the intake pipe have better performances. Experimental results showed that the yaw angle is less than 2°, the circumferential distributions of the total pressure, static pressure and Mach number are quite uniform, and the total pressure recovery coefficient is greater than 98.3%. The experiment results agreed the numerical simulations well, and the studies proved the credibility and reliability of the numerical simulation method and also the advantage of the air intake system design.
