为了解离心叶轮高速旋转叶片的振动特性,对其进行振动应力测量与叶尖振幅测量,并将两种方法的测量结果进行对比分析。在介绍振动应力测量与叶尖振幅测量基本原理及数据处理方法的基础上,对离心叶轮高速旋转叶片进行了振动测量与分析。分析结果表明,两种方法均能有效识别叶片的 5个共振转速区以及相应的激励源(转速的 4,8和 17倍频)。振动应力测量与叶尖振幅测量识别的叶片最大共振转速差异为 0.56 %,识别的叶片最大共振频率差异为 1.78 %。以振动应力测量结果为参考,验证了叶尖振幅测量结果的准确性和有效性。 |

In order to study vibration characteristics of high-speed rotating blades of a centrifugal impeller, vibration stress measurement and blade tip vibration amplitude measurement was implemented on it,and the measured results of these two methods were compared. On the basis of introducing the fundamental theory of vi.bration stress measurement and blade tip amplitude measurement and data processing method of blade tip ampli.tude measurement,vibration measurement and analysis was carried on the centrifugal impeller. The analysis re.sults demonstrated that 5 resonance speed domains and their corresponding excitation sources(the 4 times and 8 times and 17 times of rotation speed)both can be identified by these two methods. The maximum difference ofblade resonance speeds identified through vibration stress measurement and blade tip amplitude measurement is 0.56 %,and the maximum difference of the identified blade resonance frequencies is 1.78 %. Taking the mea.sured results of vibration stress measurement as the reference,the correctness and effectiveness of the measured results of blade tip amplitude measurement is verified. |
