极端工况静压推力轴承承载性能动压补偿

摘要:
为了研究极端工况条件下静压推力轴承承载性能损失及动压补偿,提出一种新型油垫可倾式静压推力轴承结构,利用动压补偿静压承载力的不足,实现高速重载工况条件下静压推力轴承高精度稳定运行。依据润滑理论和摩擦学原理,采用动静压混合润滑方法,分析缝隙节流双矩形腔静压推力轴承由于剪切和挤压耦合作用承载性能损失值及影响权重。通过优化可倾式油垫底部结构参数及连接方式,控制油垫变形并产生相当量动压,以适应旋转工作台的变形,补偿静压承载力不足,并进行实验验证。结果表明:可倾式油垫底部支承长度为油垫长度,宽度为35mm,高度为1.5mm,与底座采用双销0.25mm间隙连接时动压效应较为明显,并且动压增量能够很好地补偿静压损失量,实验值与模拟值误差为5.2%,达到了增加极端工况静压推力轴承运行精度和稳定性的效果。

Hydrodynamic Compensation of Carrying Capacityin Hydrostatic Thrust Bearing under Extreme Working Condition

Abstract:
In order to study carrying capacity and hydrodynamic compensation of hydrostatic thrust bearing under extreme working condition, a hydrostatic thrust bearing having a new type tilting oil pad structure is put forward, and hydrostatic bearing capacity is compensated by using hydrodynamic, and high accuracy and stable operation of static pressure thrust bearing under high speed loading condition is achieved. For hydrostatic thrust bearing having aperture throttle double rectangular cavities, the reasons for the loss value and effect weight of carrying capacity by effected both oil film shear and squeeze in hydrostatic thrust bearing under high speed and heavy load working condition are analyzed by adopting hydrodynamic and hydrostatic mixing lubrication method based on the lubrication theory and tribology principle. The bottom structure of oil pad is optimized through designing connected type between pad and the base, the amount of the corresponding hydrodynamic is produced to adjust the deformation of the rotational worktable, hydrostatic carrying capacity is compensated, and a test rig is established and experiments are carried out. The calculated results qualitatively agree well with the experimental data, it has been found that when the bottom bearing length of tilting oil pad is oil pad length, and the width is 35 mm, the height is 1.5 mm, and uses clearance with 0.25mm double pins connection with the base, and the hydrodynamic effect is more obvious, and makes up for the inadequacy of hydrostatic bearing capacity, the error of experimental data and the simulation value is 5.2%, and effectively improves the running accuracy and stability of hydrostatic thrust bearing under extreme working condition.
