双丝扭秤微推力测量系统 *

摘要:
针对未来空间引力波探测任务——“太极计划”,根据卫星平台无拖曳控制对微推力器产生推力大小的要求,研发出一套基于扭秤的微推力测量系统,分别详述了其微推力测量、弱力产生装置和角位移差动测量的原理及磁阻尼装置。通过对弱力产生装置和扭秤系统的标定,得到微推力与扭秤扭转角位移的函数关系。同时分析了结构和环境对微推力测量系统的影响,得到其推力测量范围为1~200μN,分辨力为0.4μN,相对不确定度为1.1%,满足对微推力器推力分辨力和精度的测量要求。

A Microthrust Measurement System with Two-Wire Torsion Balance

Abstract:
For space gravitational waves detection mission—‘Taiji Program’, a micro-thrust measurement system based on torsion balance were designed, according to the thrust requirement of satellites platform drag-free controlling for the microthruster. It’s included the principle of torsion balance, the device of standard force generation, angular displacement differential measurement and the structure of magnetic damping, which were introduced in detail. As a result, the function of the thrust and angular displacement was determined through calibrating the device of standard force generation and the torsion balance system. Meanwhile, the effects of structure and environment on measurement result were analyzed. The measurement results indicate the thrust measurement range is 1~200μN with 0.4μN resolution and 1.1% relative uncertainty. And the microthrust measurement system can meet the requirements of microthruster for thrust resolution and accuracy.
