航空发动机结构力学性能定量分析方法

摘要:
为了对航空发动机的结构特征与力学特征之间的内在联系进行有效的定量分析,根据现代航空发动机结构功能特征,基于结构效率的概念及内涵,建立了结构力学性能的定量分析方法。针对典型高涵道比涡扇发动机的整机结构系统,通过建立适当的评估参数分析了结构抗变形能力和力学环境适应能力,并得到了结构效率系数。研究结果表明:与现有设计准则不同,采用该方法可以定量评估部件及整机结构设计水平或结构改进对航空发动机力学性能的综合收益,并能指出结构薄弱点,从而指导结构优化设计。

Abstract:
In order to carry out an effective quantitative analysis of the internal relations between structural features and mechanical characteristics in the design of advanced aero-engines, one quantitative analysis method based on structural efficiency is established for mechanical performance assessment, considering the structural features, function and performance of gas turbine engine. Aiming at the overall structure of a typical high bypass ratio turbofan engine, the non-deformability and the dynamics environment adaptability are analyzed by establishing the appropriate evaluation parameters, and the structural efficiency coefficient is obtained. The results show that the method can quantitatively evaluate the structural design level and structural benefits of design improvement for aero-engines, and can point out the weakness of the structure system so as to guide the optimization design.
