旋转径向孔流动特性计算模型

摘要:
为满足空气系统一维仿真分析的需要,深入分析了影响径向孔流动特性的主要因素,建立了针对旋转径向孔的计算模型。模型考虑进气预旋和轴向错流的影响,并利用Simulink建立其仿真模型,计算径向孔的流量系数和空气流量。利用文献中的试验数据对径向孔流动特性计算模型进行验证。结果表明:在相同条件下,模型的结果与试验结果的最大误差不超过6.2%,最小误差约为0.3%。径向孔模型准确可靠,可以作为空气系统一维计算中的通用模型使用,能有效地提高建模和计算效率。

Calculating Model of Rotating Radial Orifices for Flow Characteristics

Abstract:
The aim of this work was to meet the needs of air system one-dimensional simulation. By analyzing the main factors influencing the flow characteristics,the calculating model of radial orifice was built,considering the inlet pre-swirl and axial cross-flow. Then,by using Simulink the simulation model was established to calculate the air flow rate and discharge coefficient of radial orifice. The calculating model of radial orifice for flow characteristics was validated by experimental results from the published literature. The results indicate that under the same conditions,the maximum error between the model and experimental results is less than 6.2%,and the minimum error is about 0.3%. Consequently,the model of radial orifice is considered to be reliable and it can be used as a general model in air system analysis,and improve modeling and calculation efficiency.
