航空动压式油气分离器分离性能的实验研究

摘要:
为了研究航空发动机动压式油气分离器的分离性能,采用容积法判别分离效率,并以此为据对结构形式、筒体直径及长度、入口管倾斜角和出气管长度等因素对分离性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:采用内置式出气管与切向出油管相结合的形式,可使分离性能达到最佳;实验工况范围内,大的筒体直径更易于油气分离;入口管倾斜角存在最佳值,其值在10°~15°;当出气管长度取0.2~0.22倍分离器长度时,分离性能最佳;分离器长度过长会降低分离性能,实验条件下选5倍筒体直径为宜。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the separation performance of the dynamic pressure type lubricant-air separator,separation efficiency was obtained by the volumetric method. According to the volumetric method,the effects of structure form,cylinder diameter and length,inclination angle of inlet tube,air outlet length on the separation efficiency were studied. The results show that combined interior type air outlet pipe with tangential lubricant outlet,the separator can reach the best separation performance. Under the experimental condition,greater cylinder diameter can be helpful for the separation of gas-liquid. The most suitable angle of downward inclined tangential inlet tube changes from 10° to 15°. When the ratio of air outlet length to cylinder length was designed to vary from 0.2 to 0.22,the separation performance can achieve the best. Increasing cylinder length too much can reduce the separation performance. It is found that the appropriate ratio of cylinder length to diameter is about 5.
