高负荷扩压叶栅中附面层吸除技术实验研究

摘要:
通过分析某高负荷压气机叶栅内部的流动状况,确定了端壁开槽吸气以及端壁与吸力面同时开槽吸气两种附面层吸除方案,并在低亚声速条件下进行了风洞吹风实验。结果表明,附面层吸除是一种提高高负荷压气机叶栅气动性能的有效措施,通过吸走附面层流体可以改善壁面附近流动状况,角区分离减弱,流道内高损失区范围减小。随着吸气量的增加,改善压气机叶栅性能的效果越显著。吸气方案不同,其作用机理也不一样。

Experimental Investigation on Boundary Layer Suction in a Highly-Loaded Compressor Cascade

Abstract:
A highly-loaded compressor cascade was studied and analyzed in detail firstly. And then in order to improve its aerodynamic performance, two kinds of boundary layer suction methods were proposed.They are endwall suction and endwall plus suction surface suction,respectively. The experiments were carried out in a low speed wind tunnel. The results show that boundary layer suction is an effective way to enhance the aerodynamic performance of the highly-loaded compressor cascade. The flow condition near the solid surfaces is improved through the boundary layer suction.Therefore,the corner stall is weakened and the high loss region within the flow passage is reduced. As the suction flow rate increases, the favorable effect of boundary layer suction on the aerodynamic performance of the compressor cascade becomes more significant. Boundary layer suction from different places, such as from endwall or from endwall plus suction surface, has its own mechanism.
