基于模型的废气涡轮增压与发动机匹配

摘要:
根据发动机工作过程模拟计算原理,采用GT-POWER软件对一级增压活塞式航空发动机建立涡轮增压器与发动机的仿真模型,并通过发动机实验数据验证了模型的准确性。按照高空环境条件对发动机提出的功率恢复的特殊要求,研究不同海拔高度下发动机与增压器的匹配规律,给出废气阀对增压系统的调节规律。分析结果表明,该仿真模型具有可信性且涡轮增压器的选型满足安全设计及匹配要求。

Abstract:
Turbocharger is an effective approach to satisfy the power performance and safety of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle during high altitude long endurance flight. According to simulation principle of engine operation, the simulation model of turbocharger and engine for onestage turbocharger engine has been initially established through applying GT-POWER, the validity of model was verified by experimental data. Furthermore, based on the specific requirement for power recovery of aero-engine in high altitude environment, the principle of engine and turbocharger at different attitude has been investigated, while the adjustable discipline of waste gate for turbocharger system was proposed. The results demonstrate that the simulation model is valid and the selection of turbocharger can meet requirements of safety design and matching.In the mean time,the model-based analysis can provide efficient evidence to improve turbocharged engine system performance under the circumstance of guaranteed system matching.
