利用RNGk-ε湍流模型,求解二维N-S方程对开缝注入射流后的二元收敛-扩散喷管全流场进行了数值模拟,比较了单缝和双缝射流对喷管推力矢量的影响。研究表明:在固定射流总流量的前提下,较好的双缝射流方案在小落压比状态下得到的矢量效率要优于单缝射流方案;而在大落压比下单缝和双缝射流方案得到的矢量效率和推力系数基本相同;前后射流流量的分配对喷管矢量性能有着适度的影响,当将较多的流量分配在扩散段后缝处时,喷管可以获得更多的推力矢量。 |

Different condition convergent-divergent viscosity steady nozzle flow fields with different injection ports are calculated by the finite volume method.The RNG k-ε turbulence model is used in the 2D Reynolds average N-S equation.The study shows that under low nozzle pressure ratio condition,the vector efficiency of the best dual injection method is greater than the single injection method.However,under high nozzle pressure ratio condition,there is little difference of vector efficiency and thrust ratio between two injection methods.Furthermore,the injector flux distribution affects the nozzle flow field.In order to get more thrust vector angle,the more injector flux should be distributed to the backward injection port of flap. |
