脉冲风洞中进气道起动过程试验研究

摘要:
在马赫8炮风洞中开展了不同初始真空压力条件下风洞喷管启动过程对侧压进气道启动的影响研究。通过调节进气道几何收缩比和风洞运行的初始真空压力,完成了收缩比分别为2,4.25,5.56,初始真空压力变化范围为60 Pa~3 kPa的多种工况测压、纹影实验。实验数据表明,当收缩比较小时,即使初始真空压力很高,甚至严重影响了风洞的有效运行时间,进气道也能够启动;当进气道收缩比较大时,炮风洞喷管启动过程会影响进气道启动,即进气道是否启动受风洞初始真空压力变化而十分敏感。

Abstract:
Effect on inlet starting of nozzle starting process was studied in a 500 mm Mach 8 gun tunnel.Several inlet contractive ratios(2.0,4.25 and 5.56) were tested with various initial cabin pressures ranging from 60 Pa to 3 kPa.Pressure data of the inlet and schlieren images of the flow field were acquired in the experiments.It is indicated that inlet starting is promoted by a decrease in initial cabin pressure of the tunnel.When the inlet contractive ratio is relatively small,the inlet can start even if the initial cabin pressure is excessively high and the effective run time of the tunnel is affected.However,whether the inlet can start or not is sensitive to the initial cabin pressure when the inlet contractive ratio is relatively large.
