高温蠕变分析的非线性连续损伤力学模型

摘要:
采用非线性连续损伤力学模型对某发动机涡轮轮盘在典型任务工况下的蠕变损伤和寿命进行分析 ,并同当前普遍使用的累积损伤理论进行比较 ,指出了累积损伤理论存在的问题。分析结果表明 ,连续损伤模型能更合理地描述材料蠕变损伤的累积发展过程。

Abstract:
A nonlinear Continuum Damage Mechanics model was employed to analyze the creep life and damage of a gas turbine disc of a engine under typical flight, then, the results were compared with those from present linear damage cumulating theory . The results prove that Continuum Damage Mechanics model can describe the cumulation and development of damage more accurately.
