发动机外部管路系统的计算机辅助敷设研究

摘要:
根据发动机外部管路敷设的要求, 设计了计算机辅助敷管系统, 提出了管路敷设软硬件平台的选择依据, 论述了基于微机MDT软件和基于工作站UGⅡ软件的不同软硬件系统的优势与不足。对计算机辅助敷管系统做了总体构思, 并对交互式敷管和具有智能的敷管系统其功能分别做了较详细的论述。最后给出了在计算机上进行敷管的示例验证, 证实了进行计算机辅助敷管的可行性

Abstract:
According to the requirement of aircraft engine pipe system,a computer aided routing system model for 3D complicated pipe was built.The basis for selecting software and hardware platform for routing were presented.The advantages and disadvantages of software and hardware based on Auto CAD MDT on PC and UGⅡ on workstation were discussed.A general design was formed for computer aided routing.The function and features of routing system as interactive and intelligent approaches were analyzed.In the end,an example of routing on computer was given.The results show that it is possible to route engine pipes by the CAD routing tools.
