离心喷嘴雾化特性的理论计算

摘要:
本文根据动量守恒原理,分析了离心喷嘴的结构参数与喷嘴雾化特性(流量系数、喷雾锥角等)之间的关系,建立了相应的无粘理论计算模型.理论计算的结果与有关的实验数据相比较,符合程度较好.本文建立的理论计算模型对离心喷嘴雾化特性的研究,具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:
Based on theory of momentum conservation, relations between spray performance of centrifugal spray nozzle and configuration parameters of the nozzle have been analized in this paper,and some theoretical formula are established. Predicted mean spray angles of the nozzles are in accordance with the experiment data certain extent.Because the effect of the fluid viscosity is ignored, predicted nozzle discharge coefficients are slightly lower then the experiment data. The theoretical formula in this paper can be used as the calculation fundamentals for spray performance of common centrifugal spray nozzles.
