针对组合发动机冲压进气道不起动特性建模及再起动方法研究不足的问题,根据进发流量匹配关系建立了一套可以定性反映不起动振荡过程的冲压级全工况模型。利用监测算法实现对发动机不起动状态的监测,并获得了模型在不同马赫数下的不起动边界。提出了基于几何关系的快速再起动路径和基于性能参数的等推力再起动路径。比较了两种再起动路径和现有的单变量再起动路径的拉回性能。仿真结果表明,两种再起动路径其再起动效果与路径设计时的预期效果一致,在各不起动工况下均可以保证实现再起动拉回且相较于单变量路径具有显著优势;从再起动时间的角度,采用快速再起动路径的平均拉回速度最快,平均拉回时间1.275s;从再起动推力损失的角度,采用等推力再起动路径在较快拉回的同时可保证再起动推力损失最小,平均不超过0.43%,具有更好的再起动性能。 |

At present, the research on unstart characteristic modeling and restart methods of ramjet engines which used in combined cycle is insufficient. Firstly, according to the matching relationship of ramjet flow rate, a set of ramjet stage full-condition model that can qualitatively reflect the unstart oscillation process is established. Secondly, the monitoring algorithm is used to monitor the unstart state of the model, and the unstart boundary of the ramjet stage under different Mach numbers is obtained. Thirdly, a fast restart path based on geometric relationship and an equal-thrust restart path based on performance parameters are proposed. Finally, the pullback performance of the two restart paths and the existing univariate restart path is compared. The simulation results show that the restarting effect of the two restarting paths is consistent with the expected effect of the path design, and the restarting pullback can be guaranteed under each unstart condition, and it has significant advantages compared with the single-variable path. From the perspective of restart duration, the average pullback speed of the fast restart path is the fastest, and the average pullback time is 1.275s. From the perspective of restart thrust loss, the equal-thrust restart path can ensure the minimum restart thrust loss while pulling back faster, with an average of no more than 0.43%, and which has better restarting performance. |
