涵道风扇电推进系统关键应用技术探讨

摘要:
涵道风扇可作为分布式电推进航空器的动力装置,具有良好的发展潜力,现阶段在涵道风扇电推进系统设计和集成应用方面面临一些技术问题。对涵道风扇电推进系统的发展现状及应用前景进行综述,以分布式电推进航空器为背景分析对涵道风扇电推进系统的技术需求,重点探讨了涵道风扇气动设计、涵道风扇与航空器翼身融合设计、电机和涵道风扇结构一体化设计、强迫风冷散热、电磁兼容设计、复杂结构精密制造等关键技术及解决途径,为涵道风扇电推进系统开发和集成应用提供参考。

Abstract:
Ducted fan can be used as the power plant of distributed electric propulsion aircraft, and has encouraging prospect. At present, some technical problems exist in the design and integrated application of the ducted fan electric propulsion system. In this paper, the development status and application scenes of ducted fan electric propulsion system are reviewed, and the technical requirements of ducted fan electric propulsion system for distributed electric propulsion aircraft are analyzed. Finally, the key technologies such as ducted fan aerodynamic design, integrated aerodynamic design of ducted fan and wing-body, integrated design of motor and ducted fan structure, high-efficiency air cooling design, electromagnetic compatibility design, and precision manufacturing of complex structure are discussed, which provides suggestions on the preparation and integrated application of ducted fan electric propulsion system.
