柔性石墨密封环压缩回弹特性试验研究与公式拟合

摘要:
为了获得柔性石墨密封环的压力与变形的通用关联关系公式,搭建了柔性石墨密封性能试验台,对三种不同尺寸的柔性石墨环进行了压力变形试验。通过对试验数据的分析,获得了柔性石墨环的压缩回弹特性规律。研究结果表明,截面尺寸对柔性石墨密封环的压缩回弹性能影响较大,公称内径的影响几乎可以忽略。通过对试验数据进行拟合,建立了柔性石墨环结构参数与压力、变形等多参数之间的关联关系公式,并得到了验证。

Abstract:
In order to obtain the general mathematical formula of the relationship between pressure and deformation of flexible graphite seal ring,the flexible graphite seal ring experiment rig was built,and pressure-deformation tests were made for three kinds of flexible graphite rings with different sizes. The compression and rebound characteristics of flexible graphite ring were obtained by analyzing the experiment test data. The research results show that, the section size has a great influence on the compression and rebound characteristics of flexible graphite seal ring, while the influence of nominal inner diameter can almost be ignored. The correlation formula between the structural parameters of flexible graphite ring and pressure, deformation and other parameters was established by fitting the experimental data, and verified.
