激光选区熔化成形技术在航空航天发动机制造领域的研究与应用现状

摘要:
本文重点介绍了激光选区熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)成形钛合金、镍基高温合金、铜合金等材料体系的研究进展,以及SLM装备与工艺新技术;同时综述了国内外SLM技术在航空航天发动机领域的典型应用;最后在分析现有相关研究和应用的基础上,讨论了SLM技术面临的挑战和未来重点研究方向。

Abstract:
The present paper mainly introduced the research progress of selective laser melting (SLM)-ed titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys and copper alloys material systems, as well as state-of-the art technologies in SLM equipment and processes. The typical applications of SLM at home and abroad in aerospace engines were also reviewed. Finally, the challenges and future research directions of SLM technologies were proposed on the basis of previous studies.
