针对冲压发动机,在旁侧进气突扩燃烧室的基础上,结合凹腔火焰稳定器的特点,设计了一种新型布局的旁侧进气突扩凹腔燃烧室。采用三维两相数值计算方法,研究了凹腔位置、后壁倾角和长深比对燃烧室流场和性能的影响;针对所设计的旁侧进气突扩燃烧室和旁侧进气突扩凹腔燃烧室进行了设计点和非设计点的计算,给出了燃烧室性能参数,同时对燃烧室的马赫数、静温、静压、CO2质量分数和涡结构分布等进行了对比分析。研究表明:合理设计的凹腔火焰稳定器能够有效应用于旁侧进气的冲压发动机燃烧室,有利于提高燃烧室的性能,验证了凹腔火焰稳定器与旁侧进气方式的冲压发动机燃烧室结合的可行性。 |

A Kind of Combustor Chamber with New Layout for Ramjet |

Abstract: |
Aiming at ramjet engine, a kind of side-dump cavity combustor with new layout was designed which was combined with the characteristics of the cavity flameholder on the basis of side-dump combustor. Using the three-dimensional two-phase numerical calculation method, the effects of cavity position, rear wall inclination angle and aspect ratio on the flowfield and performance of the combustion were studied. Two schemes of combustion were calculated on the design point and off-design point, whose performance parameters of the combustion were also given. At the same time, the Mach number, static temperature, static pressure, CO2 mass fraction and vortex structure distribution of the combustion chamber were compared and analyzed. The results show: reasonable choice of the distance between the cavity and the secondary recirculation zone is conducive to improving the performance of the combustion. And also the feasibility of combining the cavity flameholder with side-dump cavity combustion is verified. |
