同轴分区高温升燃烧室点火性能试验研究

摘要:
为获取关键特征参数及工作条件对燃烧室点火性能的影响规律,对同轴分区高温升燃烧室进行了点火试验研究。在进口压力分别为96,80,60,45kPa,进口温度为288K的条件下,试验研究了不同头部特征结构、不同火焰筒直径共四种研究方案在不同火焰筒压降(1.5%~5.5%)下的贫油点火性能,获得了其点火边界曲线。试验结果表明:各燃烧室方案贫油点火油气比随进口压力的降低而增大,随火焰筒压降的增加也逐步增大;在其他结构不变的情况下,适当增加头部折流板扩张角度和高度或适当增加火焰筒直径均拓宽了燃烧室可点燃流速范围,燃烧室贫油点火边界更宽。

Abstract:
To obtain how the key characteristic parameters and working conditions affect the combustor ignition performance, experimental investigation on ignition of the coaxial and divisional high temperature rise combustor has been done. The inlet air pressure were 96,80,60 and 45kPa respectively,and inlet air temperature was 288K,the ignition performances and boundary lines of different dome characteristics and different liner diameters were obtained at a series of liner pressure drops (1.5%~5.5%). The experimental results indicate that,with the decrease of ambient pressure and the increase of liner pressure drop,for each combustor scheme,the fuel/air ratio at lean lightup increases gradually.Under the condition that other structures remain unchanged,the range of the combustor ignition velocity and ignition boundary were significantly broadened when increasing the dilation angle and height of the dome baffle plate or the liner diameter appropriately.
