为研究引气对于压气机设计的影响,以高压压气机引气级为研究对象,通过对比源项引气模型与构建真实引气结构两种数值仿真方法的差异,并用构建真实引气结构的数值仿真方法分析了不同引气结构对压气机性能和流场的影响。仿真分析结果表明:两种数值仿真方法计算得到的压气机引气级的性能和局部流场均存在较大的差异,在压气机气动设计分析中应该采用构建真实引气结构的数值仿真方法。引气结构和主流道的夹角对主流区域叶尖位置的流场和压气机引气级的性能有较大影响,并且对引气管路内的流动分离程度也有较大影响,当此夹角为45°时,主流区及引气管路内的流动损失均最小。 |

In order to study the effects of bleeding on compressor design, the bleeding stage of a high pressure compressor was taken as the research object. The differences between the source item bleeding model and constructing the real bleeding structure were studied by numerical simulation. In addition, the effects of different bleeding structures on the aerodynamic performance and flow field of the compressor were studied by using numerical simulation with constructing the real bleeding structure method. The simulation results show that the performance and local flow field of the compressor bleeding stage calculated by the two methods were quite different, and the numerical simulation method of constructing the real bleeding structure should be used in the aerodynamic design and analysis of compressor. The angle between the bleeding and the mainstream passage had a great influence on the flow field at the tip position of mainstream and the total performance of the bleeding stage, it also had a great impact on the flow separation degree of the bleeding duct. When the angle of bleeding was 45°, the flow loss at mainstream flow and bleeding duct was minimal. |
