提出新型浮动式收敛袋型密封结构,建立新型收敛袋型密封与传统迷宫密封多频椭圆涡动动力特性求解模型,研究转速、进出口压比及偏心率对新型收敛袋型密封与传统迷宫密封浮动同心力的影响,对比分析涡动频率对新型收敛袋型密封与传统迷宫密封动力特性系数的影响,基于有效刚度系数定量分析浮动密封的自适应同心性能。研究结果表明:随着转速、进出口压比、偏心率的增加,新型收敛袋型密封产生的浮动同心力增大;相同工况下,新型收敛袋型密封的浮动同心力大于传统迷宫密封的;随着转子涡动频率的增加,传统迷宫密封的有效刚度系数减小,新型收敛袋型密封的有效刚度系数增大,同一涡动频率下,新型收敛袋型密封的有效刚度系数大于传统迷宫密封的。新型浮动式收敛袋型密封具有良好的自适应同心性能。 |

A new type of floating convergent pocket seal structure was proposed. A new type of convergent pocket seal and traditional labyrinth seal multi-frequency elliptic vortex dynamic characteristic solution model was established. The effects of rotor speed, import/export pressure ratio and eccentricity on floating concentric force of new convergent pocket seal and traditional labyrinth seal were studied. The effects of vortex frequency on the dynamic characteristic coefficient of new convergent pocket seal and traditional labyrinth seal were compared and analyzed. The adaptive concentric performance of floating seal was quantitatively analyzed based on the effective stiffness coefficient. The results show that with the increase of rotor speed, import/export pressure ratio and eccentricity, the floating concentric force of the new convergent pocket seal increases. Under the same working conditions, the floating concentric force of the new convergent pocket seal is larger than that of the traditional labyrinth seal. With the increase of rotor vortex frequency, the effective stiffness coefficient of the traditional labyrinth decreases, the effective stiffness coefficient of the new convergent pocket seal increases. At the same vortex frequency, the effective stiffness coefficient of the new convergent pocket seal is larger than that of the traditional labyrinth seal. Using a new type of convergent pocket seal as floating self-concentric seal, floating seal ring can effectively improve its adaptive concentric performance. |
