可变弯度导叶缝道优化设计及分析

摘要:
为满足先进航空发动机对进口导叶的需求,对可变弯度导叶缝道形式进行优化设计,利用数值模拟方法对不同工况条件下不同缝道形式可变弯度导叶的性能进行了详细的考察。计算结果表明新型可变弯度导叶总压损失更小,可承受更大的来流马赫数和后叶转角,同时攻角特性也不同。良好的缝道形式使得出口射流的大小和方向更加合理,进而抑制后叶吸力面附面层的发展,较小的前缘曲率则可以有效降低后叶前缘的压力系数。新型可变弯度导叶的性能更优,可用工作范围更大。

Optimization Design and Analysis of Variable Inlet Guide Vanes Slot Form

Abstract:
In order to satisfy the demand of inlet guide vane for advanced aero engine, optimize the design of the variable inlet guide vane’s slot form, the numerical simulation method is used to investigate the performance of variable-camber vanes with different slot forms under different working conditions. Results show that the new variable inlet guide has a lower total pressure loss, it can bear bigger incoming Mach number and aft-blade rotation angle, the properties of attack angle also change. Good slot form makes the size and direction of the slot exit jet more reasonable, suppress the development of the boundary layer on the suction side of aft-blade, and the aft-blade leading edge with a smaller curvature can reduce the pressure coefficient. New variable-camber vanes have better performance and wider working range.
