扇形板压力畸变模拟器特性研究

摘要:
根据小型涡轮发动机的使用条件,总压畸变是对发动机气动稳定性影响最大的外部降稳因子,小型涡轮发动机常采用模拟板方法为抗畸变试验提供总压畸变流场。本文设计了扇形板式可调压力畸变模拟器,用于涡扇发动机抗畸变试验。通过数值模拟获取了畸变模拟器的全流场特征,通过畸变模拟器吹风试验表明,扇形板后的流场掺混特性较好,扇形板畸变模拟器堵塞系数在8%~16%内,畸变模拟器的综合畸变指数在2%~13%内连续可调。畸变模拟器满足小型涡扇发动机抗畸变试验所需综合畸变指数要求。

Abstract:
According to the flight conditions of small turbofan engine, the greatest impact of external stability factor is total pressure distortion. The small turbofan engine used the simulation plate to provide the total pressure distortion flow field for the engine stability test. Triangle plate movable total pressure distortion generator was designed, which was used in turbofan engine anti-distortion test. The aerodynamic optimization of the generator plates was completed by numerical simulation. The distortion generator blowing tests show it has good mixing characteristics after triangle plate. The generator exit section blockage coefficient is within the scope of 8%~16% and the multiple distortion index of generator is in the 2%~13% range, the distortion generator can be adjusted to meet the required distortion index of the small turbofan engine anti distortion test.
