舰载机发动机高温条件下起动试验研究

摘要:
为解决某舰载机发动机高温起动问题,基于高低温起动规律验证试车台,通过模拟高温进气条件,设计并开展高温起动试验。试验数据均做归一化处理,试验结果表明,高温条件下,发动机脱开转速提高10%,发动机起动时间缩短0.01,起动最高排气温度降低0.05;高压压气机进口可调静子叶片角度打开2°,发动机起动最高排气温度降低0.03;发动机点火转速提高2%,发动机起动时间延长0.03,起动最高排气温度降低0.02;起动机最高输出功率增加3kW,发动机起动时间缩短0.06,起动最高排气温度降低0.02。以上4项措施均可改善发动机高温起动性能,对舰载机发动机的高温起动性能优化具有十分重要的意义。

Experimental Investigation on High Temperature Starting of Carrier Based Aircraft Engine

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of high temperature starting of the engine for carrier aircraft, a high temperature starting test has been designed and carried out on the high and low temperature starting law testing facilities. All experimental data are normalized, experimental results show that, at high temperature working condition, if disengaging speed of starter increased 10%, engine's starting time is shorten 0.01, engine's starting maximum exhaust temperature is dropped 0.05. If high-pressure compressor varying stator vane angle of engine is opened 2°, the engine's starting maximum exhaust temperature is dropped 0.03. If ignition speed of engine increased 2%, engine's starting time is expanded 0.03, engine's starting maximum exhaust temperature is dropped 0.02, and if maximum output power of starter increased 3kW, engine's starting time is shorten 0.06, engine's starting maximum exhaust temperature is dropped 0.02. The above four methods have all been proved to improve engine starting performance at high temperature working conditions, it is of great significance to optimize high temperature starting performance for carrier based aircraft engines.
