舰载值班对立式贮存发动机粘接界面损伤研究

摘要:
为了研究剪切应力对长期舰载立式贮存固体发动机装药粘接界面的影响,利用自制的粘接试件开展了界面剪切应力强度试验和疲劳损伤试验,得到了立式贮存发动机的剪切应力疲劳损伤分析模型;通过有限元计算,得到了不同海况下发动机装药粘接界面的剪切应力分布与变化规律;基于雨流计数法和Miner线性疲劳损伤理论,计算了立式贮存发动机在某海区连续舰载值班一年的界面累积损伤。结果表明:同一海况下发动机粘接界面剪切应力在周向位置基本为均匀分布,在垂向位置越靠近发动机尾部应力越大;舰载值班时的界面剪切应力变化幅值不超过3kPa,远低于该发动机界面最大剪切应力强度值,但剪切应力的交变特性对发动机造成的累积损伤影响较大,在给定舰载条件下发动机在某海区连续值班一年对使用寿命的影响至少为15.4%。

Research on Bonding Interface Damage of Vertical Storage Motor by Shipboard

Abstract:
In order to research the effects of shear stress on adhesive surface of vertical storage solid motor in the shipboard environment for a long time,the interface shear stress strength test and the fatigue damage test were developed,and the fatigue damage analysis model was obtained. The shear stress distribution and change rules of motor’s adhesive surface at different sea condition were obtained by finite element calculation. The cumulative damage of vertical storage motor’s adhesive surface after a year of shipboard on duty continuously was calculated,based on the rain flow count method and the Miner’s linear fatigue damage theory. The results show that the circumferential distribution of interface shear stress is general uniform and the stress value in vertical direction increases gradually with more and more close to the motor tail at the same sea condition. The change amplitude of interface shear stress is less than 3kPa at shipboard on duty,which is far below the biggest interface shear stress intensity,but the influence of cumulative damage is big because of shear stress’s alternating characteristics. The influence to motor’s service life is at least 0.154 after a year of shipboard on duty continuously in the given shipboard condition.
