涡轮增压固冲发动机燃气调节研究

摘要:
在涡轮增压固冲发动机(TSPR)中,驱动涡轮所需燃气的流量和压强应同时满足涡轮的要求。为实现TSPR的燃气调节,首先完成了等换算转速下TSPR涡轮对驱涡燃气的需求分析。验证了相对换算转速等于1的调节规律下,变燃面燃气发生器可以满足涡轮对燃气的需求,误差小于5%,但该调节方案限制了TSPR的应用范围。证明了在等相对换算转速的调节规律下,喉部面积可调的燃气发生器难以满足涡轮对燃气的需求。提出了换算转速松弛的调节规律,此种调节规律下的发动机实现了实时调节,但同相对换算转速等于1的发动机相比,发动机的速度包线减小了约50%,最大推力值和推力变化比明显减小。因此根据不同的任务需求发动机可选择不同的调节规律和与之对应的燃气调节方式。

Abstract:
In turbocharged solid propellant ramjet (TSPR),both the flow rate and the pressure of the gas which was used to drive the turbine should meet the requirements of the turbine performance. In order to realize the regulation of the gas in TSPR,the analysis of the gas demand has been completed when the relative conversion speed was held constant. It was verified that when relative conversion speed was equal to 1,the variable burning surface gas generator could meet the demand for gas driving turbine,whose error was less than 5%. However,the regulation scheme limited the range of applications of TSPR. It has also been proved that the gas generator whose throat area was adjustable could not meet the demand for gas driving turbine controlled by the constant relative conversion speed. Then regulation law of relative conversion speed relaxation was proposed,under which the engine could achieve a real-time adjustment. Meanwhile,compared with TSPR whose relative conversion speed was equal to 1,the engine speed range was reduced by about 50%,and the maximum value of thrust and thrust variation ratio were significantly reduced. According to this research,based on different mission requirements of the engine,different control plans and corresponding gas regulator scheme should be chosen.
