针对射流柱在横向来流下的破碎过程,采用欧拉-拉格朗日模型对其进行了数值模拟。其中射流柱的一次雾化采用WAVE模型,颗粒的二次雾化采用KH-RT混合模型。计算得到的液滴颗粒平均直径在70μm左右,还得到了雾化场的喷雾结构、速度分布、索特尔直径分布,以及射流柱在不同来流速度下破碎过程等。同时通过采用不同二次破碎模型,分别将计算结果与试验结果进行对比,结果表明采用的KH-RT混合雾化模型在一定程度上能够更加真实地反映雾化过程,并较好地捕捉射流雾化特点。 |

The process of broke of liquid jet in cross-flow was simulated with Eulerian-Lagrangian model. WAVE model was used to simulate primary atomization of liquid jet,and KH-RT hybrid model used for secondary breakup of liquid droplet. The liquid particles average diameter obtained is 70μm approximately,and the spray configuration,velocity distribution,SMD distribution,the process of jets breakup in different air velocity are obtained too. And at the same time results simulated by different second breakup models are compared with experiment. Results indicate that the KH-RT hybrid model could reflect the atomization process more really,and grab the characteristic of atomization successfully. |
