进口探针支杆对1.5级压气机气动性能的影响

摘要:
为了评估进口测试探针支杆对压气机气动性能的影响,定常计算了包含不同直径、轴向位置、周向位置及形状的探针支杆的1.5级压气机特性线。结果表明,较无进口探针支杆的工况,带探针支杆的压气机特性线整体向左下方偏移。圆柱型支杆较迎风面积相同的长条型支杆而言,使压气机特性线衰减更严重;随支杆直径增加,压气机特性线偏移量增大,5mm,10mm及20mm的支杆使压气机平均效率分别降低0.8%,1.32%及2.28%;支杆周向位置、轴向位置对压气机特性线无影响。分析定常及非定常数值计算结果发现,当支杆尾迹引起的进口气流角脉动位于进口导叶不敏感角范围内时,导叶的整流作用使导叶下游压气机性能不受进口支杆的影响。

Effects of Inlet Probe Support on Aerodynamic Performance of 1.5-Stage Compressor

Abstract:
In order to evaluate the effects of inlet probe support on the aerodynamic performance of compressor,the characteristics lines of 1.5-stage compressor including inlet probe support with different diameter,axial position,circumferential position and shape were studied through steady calculation. Results show that,the inlet probe support makes the characteristic lines shift toward the lower left side of those without support employed. The cylindrical support attenuates the lines more seriously than the rectangular one with the same blockage area. And the deviation of the lines increases with increasing the diameter of the support. The average efficiency of the compressor for the 5mm,10mm and 20mm diameters is reduced by 0.8%,1.32% and 2.28%,respectively. There is no obvious difference for the lines between supports at different axial position and circumferential position. The steady and unsteady numerical results also demonstrate that,when the inlet flow angle is in the range of insensitive attack angle of the vane,the probe support has no effects on performance of the compressor in the downstream of inlet guide vane by vane rectification.?
