涡轮冲压组合发动机模态转换多变量控制研究

摘要:
为解决串联式涡轮冲压组合发动机在涡轮模态与冲压模态转换过程中的推力及流量连续控制问题,在基于EKF的在线发动机实时模型基础上,提出了基于推力控制的串联式涡轮冲压组合发动机控制规律。通过发动机内推力、总空气流量、风扇空气流量、风扇喘振裕度等多参数的闭环控制,实现涡轮冲压组合发动机的稳定模态转换。仿真分析表明,模态转换过程中推力稳态控制误差不超过2.1%,流量稳态控制误差不超过3%,模态转换过程中推力瞬态波动不超过9%,空气流量瞬态波动不超过7.6%。

Abstract:
In order to solve the thrust and air flow control problem in the transition process between turbine mode and ramjet mode for series turbine-based combined cycle engine,the direct thrust control schedule was designed based on EKF airborne engine real-time model. To guarantee the stability and continuity on mode transition process,the multivariable controller for mode transition is designed to control the engine thrust,the fan air flow,the total air flow and the fan surge margin. Simulation results show that the thrust error was lower than 2.1% and the air flow error was lower than 3% during mode transition. The thrust transient fluctuations were lower than 9% and the air flow transient fluctuations were lower than 7.6% during mode transition.
