为研究反转圆柱滚子轴承的生热特性,采用拟动力学分析方法,进行轴承元件间的相互作用分析和轴承生热分析,建立了反转轴承生热量计算模型。模型考虑了滚子、保持架的打滑,以及滚子、保持架的搅油损失和涡动损失。利用试验数据对模型进行验证,研究了影响反转轴承生热的主要因素。结果表明,模型计算值与试验值吻合良好,误差不超过5.5%;反转轴承生热量随内外环转速的增加而增大,随进口滑油温度的升高,逐渐减小,而径向载荷对其影响很小。 |

Abstract: |
The objective is to investigate the heat generation characteristics of counter-rotating cylindrical roller bearing. The interactions among various bearing components and bearing heating were analyzed based on quasi-dynamic analysis method. Furthermore,the calculation model of heat generation in counter-rotating cylindrical roller bearing was developed. The model considered the slipping of cage and rollers,as well as the churning loss and whirl loss of rollers and cage. The calculation model was verified by experimental data,and the main factors affecting counter-rotating bearing heating were also studied. The calculation results of model are in good agreement with experimental data and the error is less than 5.5%. The heat quantity generated in counter-rotating bearing increases with increased speed of inner and outer ring,and decreases with increased lubricant inlet temperature,whereas it seems independent of radial load. |
