气冷环向稳定器张角对混合扩压器性能影响

摘要:
为了研究气冷环向稳定器张角对混合扩压器性能的影响规律,针对一种混合扩压器和气冷稳定器一体化新型结构,基于N-S方程建立了流场三维数值计算模型,采用数值模拟研究了气冷环向稳定器张角对混合扩压器流场、热混合效率和流动损失的影响规律。结果表明:在气冷稳定器的诱导作用下,外涵冷空气大量入侵内涵高温燃气,使内外涵流体之间进行强力掺混,大大提高了外涵冷空气温度;随着气冷环向稳定器张角的增大,稳定器堵塞比增大,流动损失增大,总压恢复系数减小;14°张角模型的混合扩压器总压恢复系数最大,其值为0.992,比最小值大0.002;此外,热混合效率随气冷环向稳定器张角的增加变化较小,加力燃烧室出口热混合效率最大值与最小值仅相差1.6%。

Abstract:
In order to study the effects of air-cooled ring stabilizator opening angle on performance of the mixer and diffuser,for a new type of the mixer-diffuser and air-cooled stabilizator integration structure,the three-dimensional numerical simulation model based on the N-S equation was created. Through numerical simulation,the flow field,thermal mixing efficiency and flow loss of effect of different air-cooled ring stabilizator opening angles in the mixer and diffuser were obtained. The results show that,with the induction effect of air-cooled stabilizator,a large number of the fan cold flow invades the high temperature gas of the core flow,so that making a strong mixing between the core and fan flow and greatly improving the temperature of the fan cold flow. With the growing opening angle of air-cooled ring stabilizator,the stabilizator blockage ratio and flow loss increase,but the total-pressure recovery coefficient declines. The model with 14° opening angle has the highest total-pressure recovery coefficient of 0.992,and larger 0.002 than the minimum value. Therefore,the thermal mixing efficiency of the mixer and diffuser change little as the air-cooled ring stabilizator opening angle increases,and the difference between the maximum value and minimum value of thermal mixing efficiency is only 1.6% at the afterburner outlet.
