基于壁面压力分布的单边膨胀喷管反设计及试验验证

摘要:
针对目前单边膨胀喷管(Single expansion ramp nozzle: SERN)设计方法的缺陷,提出了通过指定壁面压力分布规律来反设计喷管型线的方法,获得了膨胀面型线反设计程序。根据给定的最优壁面压力分布反设计了喷管型线,将该喷管与最大推力喷管进行了性能对比研究,并对该喷管进行缩比冷流试验,试验和数值模拟结果吻合很好。结果表明:在设计点,相比于最大推力喷管,该喷管的轴向推力系数比最大推力喷管只降低0.07%,而升力和俯仰力矩分别提升了23.08%和2.82%,验证了设计思想的正确性,为SERN的设计提供了一种高效而新的设计方法。

Reverse Design and Experiment Validation of Single Expansion Ramp Nozzle Based on Given Wall Pressure Distribution

Abstract:
Reverse design method based on given wall pressure distribution has been proposed for the shortcoming of traditional design method of the single expansion ramp nozzle(SERN)and the reverse design program of expansion surface profile has been obtained. And a nozzle based on given optimal wall pressure distribution was presented. Then comparisons were made between the nozzle and maximum thrust nozzle (RAO nozzle). Cold-flow test and numerical simulation were conducted on the sub-scaled nozzle based on given wall pressure distribution,and their results agree well with each other. The results show that the thrust coefficient of the nozzle decreases by 0.07% than that of maximum thrust nozzle,while the lift and pitch moment increase by 23.08% and 2.82%,respectively,at design point,which verifies the design method and provides an efficient and new design approach for SERN.
