旋转整流罩表面球形脱落冰运动轨迹的数值模拟

摘要:
为了合理地设计旋转整流罩的防冰系统,以旋转坐标系为参考系,建立了旋转整流罩表面球形脱落冰在涡扇发动机进口流场中运动的数学模型,考虑了脱落冰所受的气动曳力、压差阻力、离心力以及哥氏力,并据此开发了球形脱落冰运动轨迹的计算程序。采用该程序与商业软件NUMECA计算得到的发动机进口空气流场数据对球形脱落冰的运动过程进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,球形冰的运动轨迹线在靠近整流罩处接近于沿径向的直线,此后球形冰在远离旋转轴的同时也向下游弯曲;直径较小和脱落位置靠近下游的球形冰更易进入发动机内,并且其跟随旋转轴转动的趋势越显著。

Numerical Simulation of Spherical Shed Ice

Abstract:
For designing the anti-icing system of rotating spinner,the mathematical model of motion of a spherical shed ice in the flowfield of turbofan engine entrance was established under the rotating coordinates system,which took the aerodynamic drag force,the pressure drag force,the centrifugal force and Coriolis force into account. Subsequently computation code of motion trajectory is developed based on the model. Using the code and the flowfield data of some turbofan engine entrance computed by NUMECA,the motion trajectory of spherical shed ice was simulated. The results show that the motion trajectory is close to radial line near the spinner. And then the trajectory is bent towards downstream along the axis direction as well as the shed ice is far away from the axis. The shed ice with smaller diameter and more downstream shedding position would tend to move around the axis and enter into the engine.
