为解决薄壁件刚性差,在制造过程中易因工装夹紧力产生弹性变形等问题,提出了一种基于改进蚁群算法的薄壁件柔性工装布局优化方法,对薄壁件的柔性工装进行了布局优化。该方法通过有限元分析与蚁群/遗传混合算法相结合的方法进行了工装定位/支承阵列的布局优化。实例验证表明,采用改进遗传蚁群算法对工装布局进行优化,可使柔性工装系统中定位/支承阵列布局的拓扑形态和分布密度处于最优状态,使薄壁件最大变形量缩小47%。 |
