磁流体掺混促进燃烧初步实验研究

摘要:
为了有效控制污染物排放,降低航空对环境污染的影响,提出了一种磁流体掺混助燃技术。研制了磁流体掺混助燃实验系统,介绍了实验系统的基本组成,设计思想及运行情况。实验表明,利用等离子体能迅速点燃稀薄空气中的燃气;当线电极接通正极时,燃烧发生在以线电极为中心的扇形区域,当线电极接通负极时,燃烧只发生在线电极周围有限区域;在流场以及电磁场的综合作用下,可以使空气和燃气混合得更加均匀,增加空气和燃料的接触面积,使燃烧更充分,说明磁流体掺混技术起到了一定的减排效果。

Preliminary Experiment Research on MHD Assisted Mixing and Combustion Promotion

Abstract:
To effectively control the emissions,reduce the pollutions to the environment caused by aviation,a MHD assisted mixing and combustion technique is presented,and experiment system is developed. The basic constitutions,designing ideas and working conditions are introduced. The experiment shows that,using the plasma can easily ignite the gas in the thin air. When the line electrode is connected to the anode,the combustion occurs in the fan area at the center of line electrode. When the line electrode is connected to the cathode,the combustion takes place only at the region around the wire electrode. Under the comprehensive effect of flow field and electromagnetic field,the mixing of gas and air become more homogenous,the contact area of gas and air increases and the combustion is more sufficient,which shows that MHD assisted mixing technique can be helpful for reducing emission.
