为了减小双盘转子系统的整体振动,针对航空发动机普遍采用的典型1-0-1支承结构下的双盘转子,提出了一种使用多学科优化软件Isight与通用有限元软件ANSYS集成的分析方法。将两转盘位置作为优化变量,以一阶临界转速在10%内的变化为约束条件,采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法NS.GA_Ⅱ(Non-DominatedSortingGeneticAlgorithmⅡ)最小化过一阶临界转速时两转盘的振幅。在高速柔性模拟转子试验器上进行了试验验证,优化后,盘1过一阶临界转速时最大振幅下降了77%,盘2下降了68%,试验结果证明了该优化方法的正确性,能够有效、准确地获取转盘的最优位置,提高了转子设计的效率和质量。 |
