为了实现理想磁场,对LHT100推力器磁场工程设计的关键参数进行了系统研究。基于经典磁场理论,采用有限元分析方法,分别从线圈安匝数、磁极间距和磁屏三个关键参数开展仿真研究,得到各关键参数与LHT100推力器磁场形貌及强度的相互关系。研究结果表明:当内外线圈安匝数分别为800A和400A;磁极间距为27mm,采用磁屏设计时可获得理想磁场,对该理想磁场进行测试验证,最大误差小于5%。 |

In order to obtain ideal magnetic field,the key parameters of the engineering design of the magnetic system in the LHT100 thruster have been studied. Based on the classical magnetic field theory,simulation studies on three key parameters,ie.,ampere-turn,magnetic pole space and magnetic shield were performed by using finite element analysis method. The relation among key parameters and the configuration and intensity of the magnetic field inside the LHT 100 thruster was obtained. The results indicate that with the inner coil ampere-turn of 800A,outer coil ampere-turn of 400A,magnetic pole space of 27mm and magnetic shield design,the ideal magnetic field can be obtained. By test validation,the maximum of the error between the test results and simulation results is less than 5%. |
