非均匀静子布局对转子叶片振动的影响

摘要:
采用时域上的流固耦合模拟方法分析了非均匀静子布局对下游转子叶片表面气流激振力及转子叶片动力响应水平的影响。主要分析了两扇区不同气流角和不同叶片栅距这两种非均匀布局类型。结果表明,转子叶片的振动特性主要体现为上游静子尾迹激励下的强迫响应,在上游非均匀静子布局下,其由单频高幅值振动转变为多频低幅值振动;不同栅距类型更利于降低叶片振动响应水平,两扇区栅距变化为4%~5%时最佳。在此模型里方案四在静子通过频率处应力幅值降低28%,为最优布局。

Effects of Asymmetric Vane Spacing on Rotor Blade Vibration

Abstract:
The effects of asymmetric vane spacing on the aerodynamic force on the surface and the dynamic response level of the downstream rotor blade were analyzed using the fluid-structure interaction method in the time-domain. Two different types of asymmetric vane spacing,variation of the flow angle and variation of the vane spacing were studied. The results show that the vibration of the rotor blade is forced response under the wake excitation from upstream. The single-frequency of high amplitude of blade vibration is changed to the multi-frequency of low amplitude due to the upstream asymmetric vane spacing. The reduction of the dynamic response level under variation of the vane spacing is more advantageous,and the effect is optimal when vane spacing variation of two segments is between 4%~5%. In this model,case 4 is optimal because of the reduction of 28% on the amplitude of the vane passing frequency.
