为分析航空发动管路系统流动与换热特性,研究管路流动与内部结构间的热流耦合问题,利用MATLAB/Simulink建模仿真工具包,开发了航空发动机管路系统通用仿真模块库,构建了管路系统特性分析平台。基于该仿真平台,建立了航空发动机管路系统流动计算模型和热流耦合计算模型。输入边界条件后运行仿真,得到了管路系统流体的压力、温度和流量,以及内部结构各节点的温度。计算结果与商业软件Flowmaster的计算值非常接近,并且流量、压力的仿真结果与试验值的相对误差保持在6.5%以下。利用该仿真平台能搭建较高精度的系统网络模型,提高系统建模效率,可应用于发动机管路系统的设计、改进等方面。 |

Abstract: |
In order to analyze the flow and heat transfer characteristics,the heat-fluid coupling of aero-engine pipeline system was investigated. A general simulation block library was developed and a characteristic analysis platform of aero-engine pipeline system was constructed through the simulation tool box Simulink of MATLAB. Based on the simulation platform the calculation model of flow and heat-fluid coupling was established. The fluid pressure,mass flow rate and temperature,and node temperature of internal structure in pipeline system could be achieved. The results of the calculation are in accordance with the Flowmaster calculation results. Comparison between experimental data with calculated values shows that the relative error of pressure and mass flow rate is less than 6.5%. The network model with a high accuracy can be built by using the simulation platform,which improves the modeling efficiency and could be applied to the design,modification of aero-engine pipeline system. |
