通过试验对蓄热式加热纯净空气直连台的试验能力进行了研究,包括蓄热过程、放热过程以及燃烧室进口颗粒浓度,以得到其加温能力和空气的纯净度。结果表明:蓄热过程时间较长,蓄热器进口燃气温度需要高于指定温度才能使出口燃气温度达到指定温度;空气流量为2.0 ~4.0kg/s的高压空气来流通过蓄热器后,温度可以长时间保持恒定,目前可以将高压空气加温到1000℃;燃烧室进口颗粒浓度结果表明,其浓度低,可以忽略,认为此空气是纯净的。 |

Experiments were performed to study the heating ability and air purity of the clean air storage heater for direct-connected test bed,including the storage process,the heat release process and the particle concentration at the inlet of the combustor. The key results show that,the storage process is long,and the inlet gas temperature must be higher than the specified temperature in order to make the outlet gas temperature reach the specified temperature. The temperature of high pressure air at the outlet of the storage heater can be constant for a long time,and the mass flow rate rage is from 2.0 to 4.0 kg/s. At present,the high pressure air can be heated up to 1000℃. The particle concentration is low which can be ignored,so the air should be considered clean. |
