双级旋流杯结构变化对点火特性的影响研究

摘要:
为了研究旋流杯文氏管和套筒结构的变化对燃烧室点火特性的影响,对两种结构不同的方案(方案 A 和 B )进行了燃烧室点火性能试验,并对这两种方案燃烧室头部进行了气流速度场的粒子图像测速仪(PIV)测量及喷雾分布和粒径的测量。试验结果表明:旋流杯文氏管和套筒结构的变化对燃烧室的头部流场、喷雾分布和粒径有很大影响,导致了两种方案燃烧室点火性能差异很大,方案 A 的燃烧室头部中心回流区、旋转射流扩张角和旋流杯出口喷雾锥角比方案 B 小,而喷雾粒径大于方案 B ,方案 B 的点火性能比方案 A 有明显改善。

Abstract:
A research has been done to study the influence on the ignition performance by the hardware geometry(venturi and sleeve)of swirl cup(case A and B ). A Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)was employed to measure the flow fields of the different combustor dome. Fuel spray fields and SMD also have been measured. Results of experiments show that the hardware geometry of venturi and sleeve has a great influence on the flow fields,spray distribution s and SMD of the dome,leading to a big difference of ignition performance of the combustor between the two cases. Compared with case B ,case A has a smaller recirculation zone of the combustor dome,and the angles of the swirl flows and sprays which are from the swirl cup also become smaller,but has a larger SMD. Consequently ,the ignition performance of case B has improved significantly than case A .
