含硼燃料在细管内点火燃烧特性的实验研究

摘要:
为了获得适用于微推进器的含硼燃料的改进配方,利用热重分析实验台、激光点火实验台和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,进行了氧/燃比和草酸对含硼燃料在微小圆管中火焰形貌、点火延迟时间、燃烧时间、燃烧剧烈程度、燃速和燃烧效率等点火燃烧性能的影响研究。实验结果显示:无草酸的样品,氧/燃比越大,硼的点火延迟时间越小,燃尽率越高;但燃速和燃烧剧烈程度越小。添加草酸后,硼的点火性能和燃尽率明显提高,比添加草酸前的点火延迟时间减小了545~595ms,燃尽率增大了31.41%~32.67%。 

Experimental Research on Ignition and Combustion Properties of Boron-containing Fuels in Mini-tubes

Abstract:
In order to obtain improved formulations of boron-containing fuels suitable for micro-thrusters, the effects of oxygen-fuel ratio and oxalic acid on ignition and combustion characteristics were studied using the thermogravimetry, the laser ignition test-bed and the iCAP-6300emission spectrometer. The properties include flame appearance, ignition delay time, combustion time, combustion intensity, burning-rate and combustion efficiency etc. The results show that ignition delay time for samples without oxalic acid is shortened and burn-out rate increases with the increase of oxygen-fuel ratio. Meanwhile, burning-rate and combustion intensity are weakened. Nevertheless, after adding oxalic acid, ignition performance and burning efficiency improve significantly. To be specific, the descending value of ignition delay time range is from 545ms to 595ms, and the increasing value range of burn-out rate is from 31.41% to 32.67%,comparing to that of fules without oxalic acid. 
